Aims & Objectives

Aims:

To secure the full integration of the republican former prisoner community through recognition of the contribution they have made to the community in the past and can make in the future.
To facilitate republican former prisoners in deepening and developing their contribution to justice and peace in Ireland.

Objectives:

To improve lives of former republican prisoners and their families.
To provide opportunities for members to employ their motivation, and develop their skills and abilities to the fullest extent.
To provide training, educational and employment initiatives.
To deepen mutually beneficial links with community organisations, employers and other groups.

Aidhmeanna:

Iomlánú lán na n-iarchimí poblachtacha a baint tríd an mhéid a rinne siad don chomhphobal agus an mhéid a dhéanfaidh siad amach anseo a aithint.
Cuidiú le hiarchimí poblachtacha páirt s’acu do chóir agus síocháin in Éirinn a fhorbairt.

Cuspóirí:

Saol na n-iarchimí poblachtacha agus a gclann a fheabhsú.
Deiseanna a chur ar fáil sa dóigh is go mbeadh said ábalta a scíleanna a fhorbairt go hiomlán.
Treanáil, oideachas agus scéimeanna fostaíochta a chur a fáil.
Nascanna a leathnú le heagraíochtaí pobail, fostóirí agus grúpaí eile.
